Meet our little lady Luna: three years ago Luna was given away by her previous owner. In the shelter she used to live in kennels with multiple dogs and never had problems. Her only little quirk was to snap to the volunteers hand while unleashing her. The years passed and Luna became older and more hardheaded. Luna started to growl and to chaise her tail and run in circles in different situations. 10/25 she moved to a foster home. In the foster she lives with a lot of dogs and cats in a rural area. It is not the perfect living situation for her but we think at least better than in the shelter. Luna manages everything pretty good in this busy household but it is clearly seeable that she should live as an only dog. A lot of situations trigger her, sometimes, not in general: for example when a animal passes her too close, when a dog enters the room or sometimes certain noises. Luna is not a dog to pick up or to cuddle. She likes being petted gentle and being close to you and with the recommendations and experiences the foster already made we can prepare you pretty well. At the moment she has a few vet appointments to figure what triggers her and why and what makes her so unpredictable. But Luna has also a lot of good qualities: she walks excellent on the leash (countryside or busy inner city), drives calm in the car, lays quiet next to you in the restaurant, listens well-behaved to her name, is house-trained and can be left alone for a few hours. Her favorite hobbies are sunbathing, playing with a ball and watching what mommy is doing. We wish Luna a life as an only animal, without children and with one or more people who give her time, respect her boundaries and follow the instructions the shelter team recommends. She has 11 kg and her shoulder height is 40 cm.
