Oscar is a special dog who needs time, understanding, and space to gain confidence and open up. Once you earn his trust, he becomes an affectionate dog who enjoys your company.
He is obedient, walks well on a leash, and loves learning new tricks. He comes when called and enjoys moments of connection with the people he trusts. He does not like to feel overwhelmed or be handled in an invasive way.
He was found on the street, and we don't know anything about his past. All we know is that he came with insecurities around humans and needed time to adapt.
The person who gives him a second chance must understand that he will need patience and respect to strengthen the bond and discover his incredible personality. Oscar has some sensitivities in certain parts of his body, so we cannot brush him yet. His adopter will need to work with him in a positive manner to build his confidence in this area.

When he sees you, he wags his tail happily to be taken for a walk.
We are looking for a quiet home for Oscar, preferably away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
A family willing to commit to his education and well-being, who enjoys walks in nature and having a lifelong companion. A home without children, where he can relax and have his own space to rest in a warm bed.
Currently, Oscar lives alone, as we haven't found a compatible companion for him. He is 64 cm tall.
