Vicente was diagnosed with a degenerative brain disease after his arrival at Triple A.
He has been evaluated by specialists, received a precise diagnosis, and has been under proper veterinary care since then. Maintaining his health is not complicated, and all his medical documentation is available.
Vicente is very calm, affectionate, and a bit of a sleepyhead.
He enjoys being petted by volunteers.
He loves running in open fields and showing off his characteristic jumps.
He needs a calm home with space and a garden, away from the stress of the city, where he can be understood and loved.
Vicente can be the only dog in the household or live with another calm dog that respects his space and accepts his personality. He is also compatible with cats.
He has a unique character and a very particular personality, which sometimes makes it difficult for other dogs to fully understand him. A change in environment, such as moving to a new home, may take him out of his comfort zone, so we are looking for a patient family willing to give him the time he needs to adapt and feel safe again.
Due to his neurological condition, Vicente may have episodes where he becomes agitated, and his behavior can become unpredictable.
For this reason, he needs a committed person who is ready to give a special and unique dog like him the opportunity he truly deserves.
